Although you could inadvertently break your fast, it is not that easy to do. You have got to make a tremendous effort to sabotage your fast. Our body is still aware, of the amount to nutrients needed, to restore its functions to what it was, before the crisis (fasting) began. The body cannot be fooled. The Autonomic Nervous System, that controls functions: Such as the regulation of the heart, the regulations of the organs functions, the regulation of the body’s systems, etc. is an intelligence that surpassed the brain and the mind.
The Autonomic Nervous System which controls functions such as the regulation of the heart and the other organs, the regulation of the body systems etc. Is an intelligence that far surpasses the body and the mind.
Only if I can impress upon your mind, the magnitude of the work that is done, by the Autonomic Nervous System. Autonomic Nervous System, is a mathematician, a chemist, a biologist, a pharmacist, Molecular Biology and so much more. And these are its natural abilities.
Before you have determined, you have inadvertently broken your fast, there are some things to consider.
Actions of the devils/Caucasians and the Satans.
We must remember the devils/the Caucasians and the Satans don’t want us fasting, and they will do everything in their power to prevent us from fasting, which includes:
• From Starting a fast
• Prevent you from attaining your fasting goals
• Cause our fast to end prematurely.
We must also remember the devils/Caucasians have weaponized the world food supplies, which they have total control of. Bast on our diet the Devils/Caucasians, may have control over your bladder and your bowels and may cause us to go to the toilet as they delight. And they have the ability to put thoughts in our mine.
It is important for the readers to understand, the demonic powers, the devils/the Caucasians have, often use upon and against us, unknowing to us, does not mean they are more powerful or superior to us. Let me put it in clear, simple and easy to understand language so everyone can understand. They are not! We (the other nations African, the Arabs, the Indians etc) are far superior and far more powerful than they are. With all the above points considered, we must remember the creatures of evil, which includes the Satans and the Devils/the Caucasians, desire is to: first prevent us from fasting, to ensure you do not meet our fasting goals and to try to get us to prematurely break the fast. What better way to do this but to have you abandon your fast, because you think, you have inadvertently broken your fast.
Remember one of the signs that you have broken your fast, is: when you defecate; and the main sign, you have inadvertently broken your fast is when you have the overwhelming desire to defecate, during a fast, which forces you to go.
Although the Devils/The Caucasians may have control over your bowels; because of the consistency of the matter, that is in your colon during a fast, they are unable to have you go, like they would, under normal circumstances. They are resigned to slowly moving the excrement into the area of the Anus. Which in turn gives you an overwhelming desire to defecate.
After you have defecated, their tendencies are to use their demonic powers to put thoughts of defeat that may lead to disappointment and a mile depression within your mind, they will also suggest to you abandon your fast because you messed up; and they may even suggest an appropriate time for you to try again.
You going to the toilet to defecate, while you are fasting, and doing the number two, may not necessarily mean you have inadvertently broken your fast but it may be the devils/Caucasians used their demonic power over your bowels to move excrement into the anus, in order to deceive you into believing, you have inadvertently broken your fast to get you to prematurely abandon your fast.
There are some things to consider that may have given the Devils/ the Caucasian control over your bladder and your bowels; and may aid in their deception.
1. Your Pre fasting diet.
Did you have a poor diet, prior to beginning your fast; Did you have a diet largely of:
• Cheap processed food such as cheap can stuff?
• Cheap bread that are found on the shelve of the supermarket?
• Cheap Cup noodles etc.?
Most of these cheap processed foods, which are found in the supermarkets are highly weaponized/poisoned. And when we eat them, they give the devils/ the Caucasians and the Satans power over our mind, our bladder and our bowels etc. They are priced that way, so the poor masses can afford them. If they control the poor masses, you control the world.
If you had a poor diet, before you began your fast, there is a 100% chance that the Satans, the Devils/The Caucasians, have been messing with your bowels unknowing to you.
2. Did you publicize your fast?
The second thing to consider is: did your publicize your fast, days or weeks before you actually began fasting? If you did, then the devils/the Caucasians may have, would have, unknowing to you, been influencing your thoughts and food choices. And have led you to and or arrange for you to purchased foods that have been highly weaponized/poison. As a result, they do not only, want control of your mind; but they want control over your body which includes you bladder and your bowels.
Here may very well be, the root cause of your bodily functions, which cause you to think, you have inadvertently broken your fast.
3. Be careful with your purchase while fasting.
You may not be aware of this simple fact, you take back your life from the devils/the Caucasians and the Satans, when you fast. You relinquish their control over your mind, over your body; especially, your bladder and your bowels and you take back control over your health. They actually hate it, when you do this. That is the reason they will go up and beyond, what you will expect to sabotage your fast. I mean they will spear no expense to do such. I know you don’t think you are that important; for them to go to this extent over. You are not; but the devils/the Caucasians and or the Satans, just cannot help themselves.
In places like the USA, where the creatures of evil have enslaved just about eighty (80%) percent of the country’s population, they control all of the food and grocery outlets; most of the grocery stores and other food outlets, although the carry different names, they are owned by just a few companies. In most cases, several grocery outlets may be owned by the same owners. Eg. In California, Ralph Supermarket train of stores, Kogers supermarket chain of stores, the Food for Less Supermarket chain of stores and several other grocery outlets are owned by the same company.
Even Stores like #Target; which now sells grocery items, are a part of the agenda to enslave the entire color population (none-white population) within the USA. I tell you this from my personal experiences. I have had more than my fair share problems and discomfort, with the target brand, their weaponized/poison water and other food products; I purchased from them. Please be warned, even the Bodegas and the Dollar store in your neighborhood, are all a part of the agenda.
If you are not a slave and you rebelling against the system and taking actions that will relinquish the Satans, the devils/the Caucasians hold on you, they will target you, which is very easy to do. Because there are so many of them and so few people; who have not lay down their souls, and defiled themselves with the fornications of the “Great Whore”: Making the Satans their Gods and the Devils/The Caucasians their master.
They have more than enough man power, to monitor your every move, as they have been monitoring my every move. They have much more than enough man power, to delegate to your enslavement. They monitor your daily activities, your shopping habits, your like and dislikes, your choice of food etc. It is nothing, for the creatures of evil, to sock shelves with the foods and water choices, you are known to like, after they have weaponized/poison them and relabeled the same. It means that much to them, to accomplished their agenda of total enslavement by 2025.
Therefore, if you are fasting; they view you as a problem, a rebel, an enemy. While fasting, it may be the smart thing to prepare, all the things you may need on a daily basis at home: your daily supply of water, or any other thing, you may need to ensure, you meet your fasting goals. Because, you cannot trust the business establishments, they will do anything in their power to hamper your fasting and to ensure you do not attain your fasting goals. They are really after your freedom; but more so your soul, which the ultimate prize.
4. Was your fast seasonal?
Another major thing to consider is: was your fasting seasonal or specific date fasting? Do you have a set time each month, each week or each year that you fast? The best way to help you understand this is to share with you one of my personal experiences.
For the past three years, each year beginning at the December 1st I began an extended fast. On December 2021, I did not share my intent to fast. I fasted for twenty days and it was awesome. I received all kind of subliminal reasons, why I should end the fast at twenty days, and I did. I did not end the fast because of the subliminal suggestion, I ended the fast because I planned to. I was in new and deeper fasting waters than I had ever ventured before.
I 2022, I made the decision I was going to fast for forty days, The Satans nor the Devils/Caucasians did not expect me to put my body through such an ordeal again. I made this public just a day or two before the actual fasting began, this is when they began to use their demonic powers against me. But it was too late, my diet was good and they had very little control over my mind and my body.
I was successful in my 2022-2023 forty days fast. After this successful fast, the thought came into my mind, if you had announced your fast earlier, you would have given the people who wanted to join you to get in volved. These thoughts that was placed in my mine, thoughts of the evil ones. They were ensuring, I announce my fast early, to give them enough time to influence my eating pattern. They did not want to be blind-sided again.
However, in 2023, The devils recognized the pattern, last meal November 30th, fast began December 1st. By September I was bombarded with thoughts about my forty days fast. This was something I planned to do a year ago. I was confronted with the reality of how long forty days is, the reality of how long a day was, occupied my conscious mind.
The reality of my planned endeavors hit me like a ton of bricks. Forty days without food; this will not be an easy task. These thoughts, which I thought were my thoughts; were the thoughts of the Satans and the Devils/The Caucasians.
Just in case they were not able to dissuade me from starting and completing my forty days fast, they could not take anything for granted. They began to influence my buying and eating pattern. They led me to the foods that were highly weaponized/poisoned. Food that gives them control over my mind and my body included my bladder and my bowels. Most of the food I did not know. However, it was not until after I consume those food, and feel their effects that I realized they were food that was poison by the devils/the Caucasians
They wanted to make sure, I did not make it to the end of my forty days fast; As I did in 2022. If you have been following me, you would have seen the great spiritual truth, the Most High Yahuwah revealed to me after I completed my 2022-2023 fast.
Yahuwah revealed to me truths the Caucasians that controlled Christianity, have for years hidden buried beneath, Witchcraft, Demonic workings and their lying preachers, whose responsibility was to intentionally divert our minds from the truth.
Biblical truth that ranged from tithing, to debunking some of the none-sense they put in the bible and attributed it to the utterance of the son of the Most High God Yahuwah. Truth that revealed the true identity of the Caucasians with the appropriate modern and historical references; to the evil activities they have been involved and are still involved in.
The Devils/the Caucasians are very well aware even if you fast for the physical or the physiological benefits of fasting, the spiritual benefits that comes along with it.
They are totally oblivious of how the Most High God is going to bless you upon completion of your fast and they don’t want to find out. For if they ever find out how the Most High God: Yahuwah is going to blessed you after your fast, then it is too late. Hence the reason, they are so obsessed in ensuring, you don’t fast and if you do fast, to ensure you do not achieve your fasting goals.
