Don't worry about the Electrolytes other Minerals when you are fasting.



We are into our fast, and it has been several days since you have last eaten. Your body has stopped the disposal of solid waste, however, you have been urinating quite frequently.

You are quite worried that your body will be dispossessing itself of, some of the much needed traces of electrolytes and minerals that are needed, to aid in the proper function of the body. This is indeed a very worthwhile concern.

However, even if your concern is very worthwhile, there is no need to be concerned about that. Your body is fearfully and wonderfully made PS. 139: 14. Lest we forget who made out body. The body of man was made by the Host High God. The same God who created the heavens, the earth and all that is within them. The same God who created the sea and all that is within it down to the humongous whale.

Even though you are not, your body is fully aware, of what is needed, when it is needed and in what quantity they are needed. because your body have sense a crisis, it is going to ensure all the minerals needed for its optimum function is secure and readily available. Even if it means having them circulate in the blood and not used until they are needed.

So don't worry about replacing these minerals, your body will never excrete the things that are essential in the time of Crisis. Don't forget, our body was made by the Most High God and it was made perfect. His demand for us, will always be supported by the body he created and made.

The Final test of fasting!




After you have broken your fast, whether it is intentionally or inadvertently, there is another challenge you must face. A challenge that will test your resolve.

Because you were involved in a fast for several days, it have been many days since you have used the toilet to make a deposit of solid waste. This is so because the body sensed danger and put a lock-down on the excretion of solid bodily waste.

The body has utilized the food in the digestive track from the colon to the small intestines, to source the nutrients it needs for energy and to sustain life. Let us not forget our excrement is packed with excess nutrients we cannot utilize.

As the body finishes extract the needed nutrient from the composition in the bottom of our colon, the body stashed it away at the bottom of the colon. The waste that is stored in the bottom of the colon contains very little nutrients, very little liquid and is extremely hard.

Here is where the problem began. The stash in the bottom of the colon becomes compacted, and at times it is a little wider that what your anus is able to allow to freely pass on a normal basis.

This coupled with the fact, your stomach have gotten extremely smaller, and your pancreas have not been producing enzymes in a quantity sufficient to break down large amounts of food.

As a result, you can only ingest a small amount of food at any one time. There for there is not enough food to aid in; peristalsis. Peristalsis is the involuntary movement of the intestines to cause food, to move along the digestive track, to the point of excretion, and there create enough natural force to move excrement out of the colon, and into the anus and out of your body.

Because there is no peristalsis going on to facilitate easy excretion, there is still the issue that needs to be addressed, the issue of emptying the colon. This means you will have to generate the force needed to pass the stool your body wants to emit.

This is going to be a difficult and painful process; there may even be some tearing of the anus to ensure that the excrement left the body. Once you are able to pass solid waste you have pass the worst. The relief you will feel is like no other. It will take a few days at the most for the small injury to your anus to heal. but all in all all of the benefits that are derived from fasting is worth the inconvenience and the pain.

Protecting your Freedom & your Soul



If you are not a slave, please bear in mind, none of the people who you love and care for, who are slaves; do not love and care for you. As a matter of fact, they hate your guts. They will pretend they love you, but they will never give up, until you have lost your freedom, your soul and your salvation as they have.

For most of them, they have foolishly sold their soul to the Satans, making the Caucasians (the Devils) their masters and destroy their relationship with the Most High God. Your unbroken relationship with the Most High God and your freedom makes them bitterly angry with and at you; but they will never show it.

Their white masters, also put pressure on them to try to get them into forcing you into conformity. Conformity makes it ease for all involved; to enslave you, take your soul ruin your freedom and destroy your relationship with the Most High God.

Any close family and or friend who come into your spear and try to send you on a guilt trip and force you into conformity; You cannot be shy about this or with them. Treat them like an enemy, for that is what they are an enemy: your enemy. it is too serious to allow anyone to get away with it. Chase them away call them out of their names and let them know, you are aware that they are slaves and their only concern is to please their master.

You cannot be shy and or timid with them; be bold and fearless for after all what is at stake it is your soul the most precious thing you have; and even more precious, than your soul is your relationship with your God; not just any God, but the creator God, the Most High God.

Call them Slave, asked them by what means did they became a slave? Press them for an answer, and make suggestion. WAsk them: was it by homosexuality, bestiality, abortion or by rape. Press them for an answer let them leave, make them so uncomfortable that they run away and never return. It is better to be bold then sorry.

Inadvertently breaking your fast.



Most people fast for two reasons, one of the reasons, is for the health benefits of fasting. The health Benefits of fasting is wide and varies. The other is for spiritual benefits and there is no end to the spiritual benefits of fasting.

There are two means of breaking a fast one is predetermined by the faster either at the end of the prescribe period of time or before. However, the predetermined decision is a decision you made to bring the fast to an end.

However there is a second method of breaking the fast. which is accidentally. This does not affect a person who is fasting for health reasons, but it sure affects a person who is fasting for spiritual reasons. This is when one accidentally or inadvertently breaks the fast.

Before we get into inadvertently breaking the fast there are some cool and interesting facts you need to know that will eventually tie into the topic.

When you begin to fast for a prolonged period of time; over two days, there are some interesting things that occur. after the first 24 hours of not eating, the body sense a potential danger, and it goes into safety mode. Because the mouth is the main organ that is responsible for nutrition, and the stomach and the digestive track are the place where the body observes nutrients, the body put a lock down on the digestive track. Since no food is coming in, the body refuses to allow solid waste to leave the body.

It will be important to note, the content of our stool, is loaded with useful but excess nutrients that can be use, in the function, growth and the production of energy and the replacement of body cells, tissues, etc.

Sensing danger, the body refuses to dump even the stool, for within the stool there are good nutrients it can use just in case things get worse. As your fast continues, the body begins to extract the nutrients, from the contents of the digestive tract. It starts with the content of the Colon and it works its way up to the small intestines.

As our fast progress, there are some other biological changes that happen without our knowledge and or awareness. One such thing is because, we are no longer taking in food, or taking in minimal amount of food, there is no need for the pancreas to produce the digestive enzymes, so the pancreas stop producing enzymes in the quantity it use to.

Another thing that happens, is because we are not consuming any food, our guts get smaller and smaller as the day goes by. The body also put new standards on what it will accept as a meal. The average adult body requires just about two thousand (2000) calories to function each day.

Because the body is in crisis mode it may lower the amount of calories that constitutes a meal, to a very low number. Sometimes in your effort to replace, what we think is electrolytes, even the simple sport drink, with its very low caloric make up, may be considered a meal. Therefore, the body may empty such into the intestines and cause a bowel movement.

The discharge of the gut contents, into the small intestines, even though that discharge may be comparatively minuscule, may be sufficient to cause bowel movement.

Bowel movement is a sign that the body have concluded the fast. The fast is done! The amount you ingest may not be anything close to what you are accustomed to. The body now has a new normal and new standard. Like it or not the fast was inadvertently broken.

Breaking your fast - By Chief Strong-Blood



You have fasted for over five days, and you have visions of sugarplums and all of the beautiful and delicious food you love and missed eating. You cannot wait for the final day of your fast to reach; so you can cheat your hunger, and participate in all the delicious, goodness, you sacrificed during your fast. You plan is to eat, everything you can get your hands, on as soon as possible.

Hold up, Stop right there. Keep that thought in mind. However, there are some things you need to know; before you injure, yourself! Bull Shit you may say, I have never heard, of anyone injuring themselves; just by eating. Well just take a little time and I will let you know; how easy it is, for you to actually injure yourself eating.

Before, you continue and allow your imagination about the foods you are hoping to eat run away with you, the first thing you need to know is: Some of the food you love and considered delicious, after your fast; you will lose your taste for them. What! You will see those foods, they will look delicious, you will remember how much you love them; but as soon as you bite into them, you may be disgusted by their taste.

The second thing is; your digestive tract has been at rest for many days, its use, has been periodic at best. What happens, your digestive tract; gets tender, from lack of use. Another thing that happens, while you fast is: with the lack of regular food intake, your gut shrinks and your pancreas stop producing the regular amount of Enzymes, to aid in digestion of food as it used to. There was no need to; so why should your pancreas work.

These are three serious situations; you have to address with care. If you fail to address each of these new developments, of your body with care; you can injure your digestive track, cause great pain from your throat to your anus, along with belly pains and severe Diarrhea.

Our conscious, is not aware, of any of these chances within the composition of our anatomy. We often think; we can eat the same quantity, of food as we did, before you began your fast. But that is absolutely not true, you cannot.

You don't want to end up with a bruised digestive track, the pain is awful, each time you swallow or breathe too hard etc. it is painful. It also comes along with: uncontrollable belching and re-flux each time they occur it is painful. I speak of an injury from your throat to your Anus.

In order to ensure, we do not injure our digestive track by eating food that will cause it to be bruised or burn such as rough and spicy foods. We must drink warm milk. Milk is best because, it is the first food we ever ingest. It is gentle on our palate, throat and gut and it is easy to digest.

the consumption of milk helps to trigger our pancreas to produce enzymes and it helps our stomach/gut to expand. After you have drank mile eat some low acid fruits, not much, cooked rice can be added to the mix. Please avoid meat products for the first two or three days, and when you start eating meat start with fish; for the muscle fiber in fish, is very tender and easy to digest. Follow this method of eating for two or three days after which you may go back to normal eating.

If you introduce solid and normal food to quickly, you will not only injure your stomach you may be forced to vomit because your shrunken stomach, will be to small to hold the large quantity of food you eat. The food will also be spilled into your intestine before it is broken down by the stomach enzymes.

This is so because your body, has not begun to produce the quantity of enzymes needed to break down the food you have eaten, in a quantity it can easily digest.

Fasting other things to consider and expect.


Our fasting have began, please don't quit! The body man can do more and endure much more than you think. The body of man has the ability to without food for a prolonged period of time, and still function normally.

However our daily eating habits have gotten our bodies to adopt new false standards of what is good and healthy eating and when we divert from those ingrained heating habits our bodies without our help, is going to try and maintain those standards.

Always remember, when you are fasting, whether it is a long fast or a short fast; the body never gives up, on trying to get you to go back to what it learn to be a normal diet.

Apart from those signs and symptoms we discuss in the first part, there is bad and good news. The good news is by day seven of your fast; your body no longer sends you hunger signs. In other words your body gets accustomed to being hunger and you don't feel hunger.

But it does not mean the body has given up, on pushing you back to the diet it come to know as a normal diet. By this stage, from my experience, you may began to experience short bouts of dizzy spells, and shallow breathing, and although you are not hungry you can feel the empty gut.

I have found from my experience, these signs and symptoms are not real reasons for concern, they will soon go away, within seconds of starting. However, because all of us are different, and we do not know the severity of the dizzy spell you will experience; if you are fasting, or if you ever experience dizziness, it is always best to take safety precautions.

Safety precautions such as holding on to something as I always do, even though my dizziness is never severe, but if your dizzy spell is severe bend your knees and slowly fall to your knees; using both hands to keep you upright. Doing this brings you closer to the ground, therefore if your dizziness persist you can easily collapse upon the floor with little or no injuries to your self.

Other signs you may even feel old wounds begin to hurt. and even general body pain all these are signs that your body is forcing you to eat. In my case, when I experiences these signs and symptoms I ignore them and move on with what I am doing.

As in all things, please listen to your body, no one knows your body like you do. If you think it is necessary; abandon the fast and try again another time. There is no shame in doing so. Fasting should bring you closer the Most High God and better health. It is not meant or intend to cause you injuries, illnesses and or death

Fasting - Is depriving your body of food that is essential in providing energy, rebuilding body cells and keeping the body healthy. When we go without food for twenty-four hours the body goes into crisis mode.

 

The body realized that to many hours have pass without any vital commodity from which, the nutrients needed can possible be derived. Immediately the body without our help goes into protection mode.

 

The first thing that happened is; because no nutrients are taken into the body the body put an immediate lock-down on the excretion of solid waste. Because the intestines is a store room or usable nutrients they are shut off. It is from here the body is able to utilized the stored-up waste that should have been disposed of; in to useful nutrients.

 

The next thing that happened the body began to push the mind to eat. It gets pain such as belly pains, hunger pains, headaches, migraines, etc. all in an effort to force you to eat so thing can go back to normal.

 

Always remember the body is not in any critical position or in any danger. This is just the body's effort to have things go back to normal.

 

The first day of fasting is always the hardest day. Once you get passed the first day, you will have to contend with the daily bout of weakness, here and there. Just remember this is the body still trying to force you back to an eating practice that it considered normal.
