Don't worry about the Electrolytes other Minerals when you are fasting.

We are into our fast, and it has been several days since you have last eaten. Your body has stopped the disposal of solid waste, however, you have been urinating quite frequently.

You are quite worried that your body will be dispossessing itself of, some of the much needed traces of electrolytes and minerals that are needed, to aid in the proper function of the body. This is indeed a very worthwhile concern.

However, even if your concern is very worthwhile, there is no need to be concerned about that. Your body is fearfully and wonderfully made PS. 139: 14. Lest we forget who made out body. The body of man was made by the Host High God. The same God who created the heavens, the earth and all that is within them. The same God who created the sea and all that is within it down to the humongous whale.

Even though you are not, your body is fully aware, of what is needed, when it is needed and in what quantity they are needed. because your body have sense a crisis, it is going to ensure all the minerals needed for its optimum function is secure and readily available. Even if it means having them circulate in the blood and not used until they are needed.

So don't worry about replacing these minerals, your body will never excrete the things that are essential in the time of Crisis. Don't forget, our body was made by the Most High God and it was made perfect. His demand for us, will always be supported by the body he created and made.

The Final test of fasting!

After you have broken your fast, whether it is intentionally or inadvertently, there is another challenge you must face. A challenge that will test your resolve.

Because you were involved in a fast for several days, it have been many days since you have used the toilet to make a deposit of solid waste. This is so because the body sensed danger and put a lock-down on the excretion of solid bodily waste.

The body has utilized the food in the digestive track from the colon to the small intestines, to source the nutrients it needs for energy and to sustain life. Let us not forget our excrement is packed with excess nutrients we cannot utilize.

As the body finishes extract the needed nutrient from the composition in the bottom of our colon, the body stashed it away at the bottom of the colon. The waste that is stored in the bottom of the colon contains very little nutrients, very little liquid and is extremely hard.

Here is where the problem began. The stash in the bottom of the colon becomes compacted, and at times it is a little wider that what your anus is able to allow to freely pass on a normal basis.

This coupled with the fact, your stomach have gotten extremely smaller, and your pancreas have not been producing enzymes in a quantity sufficient to break down large amounts of food.

As a result, you can only ingest a small amount of food at any one time. There for there is not enough food to aid in; peristalsis. Peristalsis is the involuntary movement of the intestines to cause food, to move along the digestive track, to the point of excretion, and there create enough natural force to move excrement out of the colon, and into the anus and out of your body.

Because there is no peristalsis going on to facilitate easy excretion, there is still the issue that needs to be addressed, the issue of emptying the colon. This means you will have to generate the force needed to pass the stool your body wants to emit.

This is going to be a difficult and painful process; there may even be some tearing of the anus to ensure that the excrement left the body. Once you are able to pass solid waste you have pass the worst. The relief you will feel is like no other. It will take a few days at the most for the small injury to your anus to heal. but all in all all of the benefits that are derived from fasting is worth the inconvenience and the pain.

Protecting your Freedom & your Soul

If you are not a slave, please bear in mind, none of the people who you love and care for, who are slaves; do not love and care for you. As a matter of fact, they hate your guts. They will pretend they love you, but they will never give up, until you have lost your freedom, your soul and your salvation as they have.

For most of them, they have foolishly sold their soul to the Satans, making the Caucasians (the Devils) their masters and destroy their relationship with the Most High God. Your unbroken relationship with the Most High God and your freedom makes them bitterly angry with and at you; but they will never show it.

Their white masters, also put pressure on them to try to get them into forcing you into conformity. Conformity makes it ease for all involved; to enslave you, take your soul ruin your freedom and destroy your relationship with the Most High God.

Any close family and or friend who come into your spear and try to send you on a guilt trip and force you into conformity; You cannot be shy about this or with them. Treat them like an enemy, for that is what they are an enemy: your enemy. it is too serious to allow anyone to get away with it. Chase them away call them out of their names and let them know, you are aware that they are slaves and their only concern is to please their master.

You cannot be shy and or timid with them; be bold and fearless for after all what is at stake it is your soul the most precious thing you have; and even more precious, than your soul is your relationship with your God; not just any God, but the creator God, the Most High God.

Call them Slave, asked them by what means did they became a slave? Press them for an answer, and make suggestion. WAsk them: was it by homosexuality, bestiality, abortion or by rape. Press them for an answer let them leave, make them so uncomfortable that they run away and never return. It is better to be bold then sorry.

Inadvertently breaking your fast.

Most people fast for two reasons, one of the reasons, is for the health benefits of fasting. The health Benefits of fasting is wide and varies. The other is for spiritual benefits and there is no end to the spiritual benefits of fasting.

There are two means of breaking a fast one is predetermined by the faster either at the end of the prescribe period of time or before. However, the predetermined decision is a decision you made to bring the fast to an end.

However there is a second method of breaking the fast. which is accidentally. This does not affect a person who is fasting for health reasons, but it sure affects a person who is fasting for spiritual reasons. This is when one accidentally or inadvertently breaks the fast.

Before we get into inadvertently breaking the fast there are some cool and interesting facts you need to know that will eventually tie into the topic.

When you begin to fast for a prolonged period of time; over two days, there are some interesting things that occur. after the first 24 hours of not eating, the body sense a potential danger, and it goes into safety mode. Because the mouth is the main organ that is responsible for nutrition, and the stomach and the digestive track are the place where the body observes nutrients, the body put a lock down on the digestive track. Since no food is coming in, the body refuses to allow solid waste to leave the body.

It will be important to note, the content of our stool, is loaded with useful but excess nutrients that can be use, in the function, growth and the production of energy and the replacement of body cells, tissues, etc.

Sensing danger, the body refuses to dump even the stool, for within the stool there are good nutrients it can use just in case things get worse. As your fast continues, the body begins to extract the nutrients, from the contents of the digestive tract. It starts with the content of the Colon and it works its way up to the small intestines.

As our fast progress, there are some other biological changes that happen without our knowledge and or awareness. One such thing is because, we are no longer taking in food, or taking in minimal amount of food, there is no need for the pancreas to produce the digestive enzymes, so the pancreas stop producing enzymes in the quantity it use to.

Another thing that happens, is because we are not consuming any food, our guts get smaller and smaller as the day goes by. The body also put new standards on what it will accept as a meal. The average adult body requires just about two thousand (2000) calories to function each day.

Because the body is in crisis mode it may lower the amount of calories that constitutes a meal, to a very low number. Sometimes in your effort to replace, what we think is electrolytes, even the simple sport drink, with its very low caloric make up, may be considered a meal. Therefore, the body may empty such into the intestines and cause a bowel movement.

The discharge of the gut contents, into the small intestines, even though that discharge may be comparatively minuscule, may be sufficient to cause bowel movement.

Bowel movement is a sign that the body have concluded the fast. The fast is done! The amount you ingest may not be anything close to what you are accustomed to. The body now has a new normal and new standard. Like it or not the fast was inadvertently broken.

Breaking your fast - By Chief Strong-Blood

You have fasted for over five days, and you have visions of sugarplums and all of the beautiful and delicious food you love and missed eating. You cannot wait for the final day of your fast to reach; so you can cheat your hunger, and participate in all the delicious, goodness, you sacrificed during your fast. You plan is to eat, everything you can get your hands, on as soon as possible.

Hold up, Stop right there. Keep that thought in mind. However, there are some things you need to know; before you injure, yourself! Bull Shit you may say, I have never heard, of anyone injuring themselves; just by eating. Well just take a little time and I will let you know; how easy it is, for you to actually injure yourself eating.

Before, you continue and allow your imagination about the foods you are hoping to eat run away with you, the first thing you need to know is: Some of the food you love and considered delicious, after your fast; you will lose your taste for them. What! You will see those foods, they will look delicious, you will remember how much you love them; but as soon as you bite into them, you may be disgusted by their taste.

The second thing is; your digestive tract has been at rest for many days, its use, has been periodic at best. What happens, your digestive tract; gets tender, from lack of use. Another thing that happens, while you fast is: with the lack of regular food intake, your gut shrinks and your pancreas stop producing the regular amount of Enzymes, to aid in digestion of food as it used to. There was no need to; so why should your pancreas work.

These are three serious situations; you have to address with care. If you fail to address each of these new developments, of your body with care; you can injure your digestive track, cause great pain from your throat to your anus, along with belly pains and severe Diarrhea.

Our conscious, is not aware, of any of these chances within the composition of our anatomy. We often think; we can eat the same quantity, of food as we did, before you began your fast. But that is absolutely not true, you cannot.

You don't want to end up with a bruised digestive track, the pain is awful, each time you swallow or breathe too hard etc. it is painful. It also comes along with: uncontrollable belching and re-flux each time they occur it is painful. I speak of an injury from your throat to your Anus.

In order to ensure, we do not injure our digestive track by eating food that will cause it to be bruised or burn such as rough and spicy foods. We must drink warm milk. Milk is best because, it is the first food we ever ingest. It is gentle on our palate, throat and gut and it is easy to digest.

the consumption of milk helps to trigger our pancreas to produce enzymes and it helps our stomach/gut to expand. After you have drank mile eat some low acid fruits, not much, cooked rice can be added to the mix. Please avoid meat products for the first two or three days, and when you start eating meat start with fish; for the muscle fiber in fish, is very tender and easy to digest. Follow this method of eating for two or three days after which you may go back to normal eating.

If you introduce solid and normal food to quickly, you will not only injure your stomach you may be forced to vomit because your shrunken stomach, will be to small to hold the large quantity of food you eat. The food will also be spilled into your intestine before it is broken down by the stomach enzymes.

This is so because your body, has not begun to produce the quantity of enzymes needed to break down the food you have eaten, in a quantity it can easily digest.

Learn from the Chief's mistakes and don't get hurt.

Fasting other things to consider and expect.

Our fasting have began, please don't quit! The body man can do more and endure much more than you think. The body of man has the ability to without food for a prolonged period of time, and still function normally.

However our daily eating habits have gotten our bodies to adopt new false standards of what is good and healthy eating and when we divert from those ingrained heating habits our bodies without our help, is going to try and maintain those standards.

Always remember, when you are fasting, whether it is a long fast or a short fast; the body never gives up, on trying to get you to go back to what it learn to be a normal diet.

Apart from those signs and symptoms we discuss in the first part, there is bad and good news. The good news is by day seven of your fast; your body no longer sends you hunger signs. In other words your body gets accustomed to being hunger and you don't feel hunger.

But it does not mean the body has given up, on pushing you back to the diet it come to know as a normal diet. By this stage, from my experience, you may began to experience short bouts of dizzy spells, and shallow breathing, and although you are not hungry you can feel the empty gut.

I have found from my experience, these signs and symptoms are not real reasons for concern, they will soon go away, within seconds of starting. However, because all of us are different, and we do not know the severity of the dizzy spell you will experience; if you are fasting, or if you ever experience dizziness, it is always best to take safety precautions.

Safety precautions such as holding on to something as I always do, even though my dizziness is never severe, but if your dizzy spell is severe bend your knees and slowly fall to your knees; using both hands to keep you upright. Doing this brings you closer to the ground, therefore if your dizziness persist you can easily collapse upon the floor with little or no injuries to your self.

Other signs you may even feel old wounds begin to hurt. and even general body pain all these are signs that your body is forcing you to eat. In my case, when I experiences these signs and symptoms I ignore them and move on with what I am doing.

As in all things, please listen to your body, no one knows your body like you do. If you think it is necessary; abandon the fast and try again another time. There is no shame in doing so. Fasting should bring you closer the Most High God and better health. It is not meant or intend to cause you injuries, illnesses and or death

Fasting - Is depriving your body of food that is essential in providing energy, rebuilding body cells and keeping the body healthy. When we go without food for twenty-four hours the body goes into crisis mode.

 

The body realized that to many hours have pass without any vital commodity from which, the nutrients needed can possible be derived. Immediately the body without our help goes into protection mode.

 

The first thing that happened is; because no nutrients are taken into the body the body put an immediate lock-down on the excretion of solid waste. Because the intestines is a store room or usable nutrients they are shut off. It is from here the body is able to utilized the stored-up waste that should have been disposed of; in to useful nutrients.

 

The next thing that happened the body began to push the mind to eat. It gets pain such as belly pains, hunger pains, headaches, migraines, etc. all in an effort to force you to eat so thing can go back to normal.

 

Always remember the body is not in any critical position or in any danger. This is just the body's effort to have things go back to normal.

 

The first day of fasting is always the hardest day. Once you get passed the first day, you will have to contend with the daily bout of weakness, here and there. Just remember this is the body still trying to force you back to an eating practice that it considered normal.

The war between Palestine and Israelis is raging on, and the Israelis have the backing of all of Europe and the USA. Let me make it quite Clear, Palestine and Israel is not at war. The Palestinians and the Israelis are at war.

The Israelis are the De facto ruler of Israel. They do not have a historical, genealogical, or religious claim to Israel. The rightful ruler of Israel - are the Israelites, the people group or the nation that has a historical, genealogical and a religious claim to Israel. Please get this clear there are many distinct differences between the Israelis and the Israelites.

The Israelis and the Isralites are not one and the same they are two different people or nation; Some of the differences are:

1. The Israelites are the direct descendants of Abraham Isaac and Jacob the Israelis are not. The Israelis has no connection whatsoever to the patriots: Abraham Isaac and Jacob

2. The Isarelites are black the Israelis are Caucasians or white people.

3. The Israelites are the people the Most High Gosa said he love (1 King 10:9) and the Israelie The Most High God said he hates (Mali. 1 2-4)

Unfortunately, as of 2023, the Isralites have been incognito for one thousand nine hundred and fifty-three (1953) years. Matt. 15: 24 - 26. unfortunately, the Israelites are still lost.

Most Israelite do not know, they are Israelites, and the other nation of the world, who knows who the Israelites are; refuse to help the Israelites Identify themselves and let them know, who they are: the chosen of the Most High God; they are all Gods. I am sure the declaration of the USA and Europe does not shock you, because the so-called Israelis are white and the white nation don't ever support, a none white nation. They will never join forces with a none white nation against one of their own unless, there is a bigger agenda, and there was a bigger agenda In the case, where the British joined forces with Ethiopia to chase Mussolini out of Ethiopia.

They even try to use the private security (rent a cops) at different companies against me.

You may ask why and how you became a: "Persona Non Grata"? It is all because I refused to become a slave. Everything and everything the Whiteman used to try, to enslave me failed. But more importantly I have been alearting people of the Whiteman's campaign of enslavement of the Black-man. This makes them very angry.

I must lend my support to my Palestinian brother and sisters, against the Devils in the East. This war is the Palestinian's war to win even though the odds are strongly stock against them. Of course, in order for the Palestinians to win this conflict, they must do the following simple things; and their victory against Israel will be assured.

Before we get into that, why now? Why this level of aggression at this time? Yes you know the white narrative. Hamas Launched a vicious and bloody attack on the Israelis, which resulted in great loss of life, other casualties and the abductions of Israelis. But what is the truth?

Bear in mind, Hamas has been operating for two decades, in that region. We must remember; Hamas is not Palestine. Hamas is a Militant/political group in Palestine, like the IRA of Northern Ireland that also have a political wing called Sinn Féin. There are also other militant group in Palestine; with the MO as Hamas.

When all is said and done, we must realize the Israelis aggression against Palestine are tied into a bigger agenda. Let me explain: The group of Arabs who lives in the West Bank and Gaza; the Palestinians are the Purest of the Arab nation. This is due to their ongoing conflict with the Israelis. The white nations particularly the Devils in the East, were not able to corrupt that group of Arabs with, rape, homosexuality and abortions; making them slaves to the Whiteman; as they were able to do in other Arab country.

That is the reason the Israelis have been busy abducting and arresting young Palestinian boys and young Palestinian men, and lock them up indefinitely, and inflict torturous treatment on them. However, when those young men are released, into their community they speak only; of the hardship that caused them to endure pain and other physical discomfort.

But what they are not speaking of is the key, to unlocking the doors, to why all this aggression and why at this time? What those young Palestinians youths and young Palestinian men who were abducted are not speaking of is the fact, they are being raped/buggered (fucked in the arses), and they are forced to rape others (fucked others in their arses) also.

The Devil's in the East are reverting to the failed strategy, used by the king of all Caucasian nation Roam via their embassy: The Roman Catholic Church, World dominance through Rape and buggery. A strategy the other white nations, including the USA have modernized and implemented to secure the Enslavement of the entire African American Community.

In the USA they incarcerated, the black males by the millions and created an environment; in the prison system, where, those male were raped/buggered and this germinated and flourished like unwanted weed on fertile ground. Destroying most of the black community within a few decades.

However, the devils of the East took a new approach to try and speed up the destruction of the Palestinians via rape and homosexuality. When they release these newly created Palestinians slave, into the Palestinians community, they are going to rake havoc upon their own people. This will work best if the white secret agenda for Palestine is kept a secret. However the secret is out. but will it ever get to the Palestinians?

The Palestinians like all of the country of the Arab world, suffers from the same problem. However, the first thing, all Arabs including the Palestinians have to come to terms with is: the fact, their war is not against the Israelis, however; their war is against the entire Caucasian nation. For it is the Caucasian's agenda to have full world dominance by the year 2025. All nations, under the sun, will become the slaves of the Whiteman.

Had it been British, the French etc. the atrocity against the Palestinians would have been the same. Don't forget, when Iraq invaded Kuwaiti in 1999 the United States saw it fit to invade Iraq in defense of Kuwait, yet when a white country Russia Invaded Ukraine, they all stand back and they watch rendering only lip service.

The Palestine as well as the entire Arab Nations, have to stop believing the lies of the Edomites AKA the Caucasians, and come to terms with the hard reality that they are not white. Although they know they are not white they like to flirt with the idea of being white; unfortunately most of the time they take it to "Gad Darm far." It is no secret, the sons of Abraham (The Arab), rather deal with their white counterparts, the sons of Esau: the devils; than with any black nation.

Don’t forget the white hostility against Iraq and the way the Murder the Iraqi President Saddam Hussein, don't forget Libya and the way they Killed the Libyan leader Mr. Col. Gaddafi. To accomplish their goals in Iraq and Libya the killed, injured and displaces thousands of Iraqi and Libyan citizens.

What was interesting, the other Arab nation sat on their hands and they remained quiet while their brothers and neighbors were being killed. Even the Palestinians sat back as Iraq and Libya were taken advantage of. No effort to bring the truth to the world. Now the Palestinians are in the same position, they wish for help.

The second thing the entire Arab world including Palestine have to do is to accept the scriptures account as to who the Caucasians are devils, treat them like the devils they are and strive to have absolutely nothing to do with them.

The third thing the entire Arab world including Palestine have to do is to let the world know; Israel is not for the Caucasians that call themselves Israelis, who settle that land some seventy-five years ago in 1948. But Israel is the home of the Israelite the direct descendants of Abraham, Issacs and Jacob.

The Arabs and the rest of the world, must declare, the direct descendants; of Abraham Isaac and Jacob as is known today are: the victims of and the descendants of the victims of the Trans-Atlantic Slave trade and they must behave like it.

All through the History of the children of Abraham, The Arabs starting with their father Ishmael, Abraham's first Son and the father of the Arab; were always persuaded buy; the Causasians, starting with their father Esau, with the use of their demonic power; against the father of the Israelite Jacob and the descendants of Jacob.

The question we are now left with is: When will it end? When will the Arabs wake up to the reality that have looked them right in their faces forever.

40 days Fast -

My Dear friends,

I am taking this opportunity to request that you join me, in forty (40) days of fasting. Starting on December 1st 2023, through January 9 2024. We will take our last meal on November 30th 2023.

Fasting for forty days, is certainly not an easy undertaking, but if we are fasting for an up-full reason, the Most High God, will see us through the fast safely.

For some strange reason, fasting (going without food for a specific period of time) is not given the type of emphasis or encouraged in the Christian churches and or communities. We are often told of Yahuwahshu's (Jesus) temptation after his fast; with little or no emphasis place on Jesus' fast.

For people who are hoping to see Yahuwah's (God's) face as King of King and spend one thousand (1000) years with the God of all creation in his kingdom; we have to be diligent and explore all avenues, in perpetration to meet our God. Salvation is that serious and the lack of Salvation; is even more serious (Hell Fire) business. I hate to think of it.

I have been exploring praying and fasting for several years now, you will be surprised by what I discovered. The Most High God, revealed some hidden and critically important truth to me. Truth I have never heard spoken, not even by the ministers of Religions; even those with man's highest qualification: PhD. of divinity. Truth no one can dispute.

Consistent prayer and fasting have brought me closer to the Most High God. Today I experience a closeness, with my God I never knew or expected existed. A relationship that gives me a new boldness and a new level of fearlessness, I have never encounter before.

The Holy Spirit has been urging me to, and on December 1st, 2022, I took my fasting to the next level. I fasted for forty days like Jesus did; not to prove I could, but because I wanted to follow the example of my savior.

Jesus said in John 14:12 "Greater things than he has done we are going to do". Have you ever took the time to consider this statement? Take a minute and consider this statement for a while. This is a mind boggling deep statement.

Jesus did some awesome and mind blowing things, such as he raised the dead, not with ropes but by giving them the ability to live again. He healed the sick, he give the blind the ability to see again. the Satans, the devils the demons were afraid of him. Please note, Jesus did these things after his forty days fast. and that was for a reason. The sincere forty days fast unlocks heavens power, in the sincere faster favor.

I believe, Yahuwahshu AKA Jesus fasted for forty days on several occasions. After all he died when he was approximately thirty-three years old. I also believed his last forty day fast, which is recorded in the book of Matt. 4: 2, was done at that juncture; to prepare him to face the troubles that quickly came upon him and his submission to die on the cross of Calvary.

I am going to say some highly unpopular things here that is going to turn off some people. But that is quite ok, I am fully aware that I am not appealing to everyone, but my appeal is aimed at those who are led by the spirit and are in a sincere quest to get to know Yahuwah (God) better and to find God's will for their lives. I am fully aware, Jesus the perfect son of Most High God; when he spoke the truth, the truth angered many people. I am not and I can never step into Jesus' shoes. I have to depend on Jesus for my salvation

Don't forget, in AD 70, the Edomites AKA the Caucasions (Roman) the people who the Most High God said he hates and will hate forever (Mal. 1: 2-4) took our fore-parents the Israelites, the Holy Scriptures and all the furniture of the Holy Temple of God back to Roam with them. Where the Israelites were enslaved and murdered for the pleasure of the Caucasians.

Between AD325 and AD 331 the Emperor of Roam Constantine commissioned the pagan Bishops to tamper with the Holy Scriptures to make the scripture all-inclusive to include the Caucasians who the Most High God said he hates and rejected.

Don't you find it strange, that every religion from the Seventh Day Adventist church or movement, whatever they are going by these days to the Catholic; and every religious group in between, were all started and or created by the people the God of Creation said he hated and he will hate forever?

Don't you find it strange that for years we are going to church yet we can never get it right with our God? Don't you find it strange, not even the pastors who are responsible for preparing you for heaven are able to heal the sick or do the simplest of miracle without trickery? Did Jesus lie when he declared greater things that I have done you are going to do? No he did not, someone else is lying.

That is because the Churches, which was organized by the Edomites, the Caucasians who the Most High God unashamedly declared he hates and he will hate forever, have an invested interest in we; The descendants of the trans-Atlantic Slave trade: the chosen people of the Most High God; the direct descendants of Abraham Isaac and Jacob never becoming faithful to the God of creation.

It is when we are faithful to the Most High God, it is only then we will be able to do the greater things Jesus spoke of in Matt. 14: 12. and fasting will open that door.

Benefits of Fasting:

There are many benefits to fasting; there are many health, physical, emotional spiritual benefits to fasting. Before I began to fast, I was weak, I did the average ten to fifteen push-ups when I started fasting, I began to get younger and stronger. I was able to do forty push-ups in one set. However, after I did the forty days fast; today, I am stronger, I do one hundred push-ups in one set. I am leaner and stronger than I was even when I was a teenager.

I also recover from injury like I did as a teenager, I don't get sick I am healthy. for the first time in my life and I am fifty seven (57) years old, I can see veins on my arms, legs and foot, I even have a good pair of calf on my lower legs; something I always wanted. In other words at the age of fifty-seven (57) years old, I have the body I wanted as a youth. How is this possible.

let me give you two practical examples of what happened; after I finished my 40 days fast in January 9th 2023.

Story #1

One morning, I was sitting by myself enjoying my own company, unprovoked a white-woman by the Name of Francheska began to call me a nigger. I am not a nigger because it is not all Black people are nigger. However, I moved out of her hearing.

I did not see that woman for three or so days. The next time I saw her, I heard her before I saw her. I heard her voice saying Ou! Ou! Ou! the sound a person who are in pain makes. She tried to avoid me. However, when I passed next to her, I noticed her left foot was swollen as big as a soccer ball, not execrating.

It was blue and looked as stiff like a balloon. It looked like if you stick it with a pin it would pop like a baloon. Francheska was blighted with this plague for the better part of six months or there about. Where she could hardly walk, Today, about eight months later she still has an open sore on her foot. and when she sees me coming she is quiet as a church mouse and she often walks the other way.

Experience #2

A few months ago, I was at the Los Angeles Public Library, I was late getting to my Grand Park to pray. I decided to pray in the Library Garden, it is called the Maguire Garden. This garden is managed by the US Bank Towers. I prayed there a few time after. The Gardeners come to the garden twice a week: Once on Tuesdays and once on Thursdays. The US Bank Junitors takes care of the grounds on the other days in the work week.

I was mindful not to pray at the Maguire Gardens on Tuesdays and or Thursdays. One Wednesday, while I prayed at the library garden, I heard the engine of the leaves blower. I was shocked, the man was like a mad man, blowing dust and leaves all over, I had to stop my prayer and move to another location. The next day or there about, a man came with a fork lift, tried to steal the decorated bell they had in the garden and that area of the park sank, making it dangerous for park users to use that area of the park. That area of the park was taped off for over just over two months and it is still tap[ed off as I write this.

Now today, I pray in that park undisturbed. Isn't God good. The workers including the park security, were able to put the actions against me, with the bad Karma that left a portion of the park unacceptable to park users.

Ralph Gonsalves man in Los Angeles, California, often used the reprobates to come at me to fight me. They have not stopped sending them, but these days when they comes, they are sore afraid of me.

Another thing, the Caucasians often use the demonic forces to put thoughts in my head unknowing to me. Thoughts I often though were my thoughts. With this they were able to put plans in place, and carry out their plans at my expense, because I was acting on the thoughts they placed in my head. thoughts I thought were my thoughts.

Today The Most High God gave me the ability to distinguish between the thoughts the Caucasians put into my head and my thoughts. Today when they plant thoughts in my head, and I don't act on those thoughts they becomes upset and try to use law enforcement to intimidate me.

Ralph Gonsalves man in Los Angeles, California, often uses the members of the Los Angeles Police Department and the members of the Sheriff department against me. They still use them, but all they do, is show up and watch me. Now they are afraid of me.

Can they not be afraid of me, when the Most High God said, he will put the fear and the dread of me in the heart of my enemies? Are they more powerful than Yahuwah? The Answer is NO! I take my God Yahuwah seriously, and Yahuwah takes his responsibilities to me extremely seriously also. This is no time for fooling around. 2025 is a critical year in the life of man on the earth especially in the life Israelites - Yahuwah's chosen people.

I am quite anxious, I want to see how the Most High God is going to bless me after, I complete this forty days season of praying and fasting I am about to embark upon.

When I came to California 10 years ago. I saw a pretty little girl she could not be any more than fifteen years old. She was in the depressed area of the City of Los Angeles, California: A place they called Skid Rowe.

By this time I had enough experience to know, the place is going to eat that child alive chew her up and spit her out. Just the way the white man love it.

I tried to speak to her, to warned her of what I though she did not know. Because I did not sound like, dress like or do the things the others did. She refused to give me her time. She tried to create a scene.

a few years later, I saw her at the Library, she was sitting next to me. I became curious as to what she was researching, I peeped over onto her computer and saw she was researching aids. I being a kind-of-expert on all things aids by the virtue of the aids Education program I created FACE; I wanted to help this child understand the information she wanted to know.

I tried to reach out to her, just to let her know, if she need help understanding anything, I am pretty good at explaining things to others. She did not take to kindly of me trying to speak to her once again. She did not even listen to what I had to say. I was shut down immediately. What could I have done, it was her rights and she was exercising her rights to listen of not to listen.

Last week, I went down to Skid Row to check out something and I saw that same young lady who is probable 25 years now. However she was dirty and looked like a fifty-five years old lady, with Gray hair in her head. She was in a wheel chair with a crack pipe in her hands. She was in the company of several other who looked much older than she do.

I tell you the white man, is only comfortable when the black community is in turmoil and they creates the turmoil. They put drugs and continue to put drugs in the black community to get the people on drugs with the hope they will get involved in homosexuality abortion etc. and be come a slave.

My God they even try and continue to try to get me hooded on all sorts of drugs. It is only because of the Most High assignment I am on and his grace why they cannot.

Ever since I was a child, my mother was careful to teach me about the Host High God, and all the prophets of old. I was stupid enough to believe the stories, the preacher, preached about; but they don't believe them to be true.

Even as a kid in Kindergarten, in Sabbath School, I wanted to be like Daniel, I wanted to be like the three Hebrew boys. I just could not understand; what Jonah's problem was. Why he was not willing, to do what the Most High God said. Even at a tender age, I wanted to do the will of the Most High God; even to die for him.

After my mother died, I became somewhat side tracked, However, I never lost my love for the Most High God. I always wanted to be a preacher and Mother wanted me to be a preacher also. But my Angels provided me with some information, which alerted me; to the path I was not going to take to ministry. that path was the path laid out by my mother.

looking back I can see how everything in my life, from a child led me to where I am today. Most of the things I did, the people I can into contact with, the people that helped me along the way and the people that opposed me; were all instrumental in taking and keeping me on the path, the Most High ordained for me.

There was one missing piece, How did my journey to Bermuda fit into my current destination. Bermuda was a lot of fun but, it was also a testing ground for me. It did not teach me anything I did not know about myself. I was not tried beyond my known abilities. So why did the Most High God saw it fitting that the Bermuda experience, was a part of my learning process.

Then I remember my encounter with Bermuda's first Olympic medalist: Mr. Clearance Hill. My successes and my understanding of the things, I encountered in this Los Angeles California Mission, would not have been so easily and readily understood, without the help of Mr. Hill's wisdom.

While I worked in Bermuda, one Saturday night; I was assigned the duties of Jailer, At the Hamilton Police Station. A gentle man was arrested, I could not remember what was the offence (s) for or if it was on a warrant he was arrested on.

For some strange reason, while I processed the man, I found this man very interesting. instead of putting him in the cell, I afforded him, the privilege of sitting in the processing room with me. I notice he was a very honest man, and he was not shut off to foreigners as some Bermudians are. Any time a prisoner came into the jail, I put Mr. Hill in his cell, while I processed the prisoner and after that was done, I took him out of his cell and back to the jailer's processing room, where we chat.

As we talked, I did cover Mr. Hill was Bermuda's first Olympic Medalist. I bought Mr. Hill's attention, some of the things I noticed about his little island; Shockingly he did not deny those things. You are able to see what Most Bermudian are totally blinded to; he said. Mr. Hill credited my insight, to having fresh eyes.

Then Mr. Hill began to delve deep into the Bermuda culture. He had his demons like each of us has, and he did not blame anyone for, his problems; he took full responsibility for them.

He told me things I never heard or knew before; things about Bermuda and about race relations and race conflict, things about life I just did not understand. I knew he believed everything he shared with me; because he was so honest and open.

Then he used, the now deceased, brilliant, black, Bermudian, lawyer: Julian Hall, as an example to help me understand what he wanted to share with me. I don't know if it was coincidence or providence, but I was introduced to this brilliant son of Bermuda, just a few days earlier. I never doubted, the wise and highly insightful man, but his understanding of things and his experience was far greater than mine. I just could not see or understand; the things he did; the things he shared with me.

That was because, I had some big obstacles in my way; which were of my limited understanding of life, my white tailored teaching and my limited experiences.

I often though of Mr. Hill and all the things he shared with me. I knew it was just a case, where I was unable to recognize the scenario, and my ability to apply Mr. Hill's imparted wisdom to those scenarios.

However, when I came to Los Angeles California, I was violently slapped in the face; everything Mr. Hill taught me, in that first and only meeting made sense. I was able to see, all he said in living colors. I saw Julian Hunt's lives, in the life of many black men and women. As a matter of fact I saw many Julian hunts here in California, I have seen many Clarence Hill here in California.

To be honest, I would have never been able to put the things I saw and experience in Los Angeles California, into perspective, without the insightful guidance of Mr. Clarence Hill. It was the foundation Mr. Hill laid down for me, as we spoke that night; made my comprehension of the dynamics between the Israelite the children of and the descendants of the Trans-Atlantic Slave trade and the Caucasians become so clear and so evident.

It is interesting; the path the Most High takes you on, and the people he used to teach you along that path all in an effort to accomplished his purpose, his will, for the redemption of his people Israel and the world.

I am at the Los Angeles Public Library, the Richard J. Riordan Branch, or the Main Library and as usual the library staff don't want me here, because they are so predictable, I knew, their handler will do two things. The first thing they will do:

1. Is to turn up the Air condition to a temperature that is uncomfortable for the Library Patron which they did and if I am not bordered me, which it did not,

2. They send in a short African American male (Slave), with some respiratory infection, to intentionally cough up his lungs in the enclosed computer center.

Guess what, the AC at maximum did not work; so like clock work, the Little male African American slave is here coughing, in the computer center coughing up his dirty lungs. the Library patrons next to me have already vacated the area; for fear they will catch some new strain of COVID-19. These Gad Darm White People are Wicked.

The Library Staff will use their IT people to remove this post and pretend to be Facebook. As usual!

The Palestine-Israelis conflict, what you need to know: By Chief Strong-Blood

The war between Palestine and Israelis is raging on, and the Israelis have the backing of all of Europe and the USA. Let me make it quite Clear, Palestine and Israel is not at war. The Palestinians and the Israelis are at war. 

The Israelis are the De facto ruler of Israel. They do not have a historical, genealogical, or religious claim to Israel. The rightful ruler of Israel - are the Israelites, the people group or the nation that has a historical, genealogical and a religious claim to Israel. Please get this clear there are many distinct differences between the Israelis and the Israelites. 

The Israelis and the Isralites are not one and the same they are two different people or nation. The Israelites are the direct descendants of Abraham Isaac and Jacob the Israelis are not. The Israelis has no connection whatsoever to the patriots. The Isarelites are black the Israelis are Caucasians or white people.

Unfortunately, as of 2023, the  Isralites have been incognito for one thousand nine hundred and fifty-three (1953) years. Matt. 15: 24 - 26. unfortunately, the Israelites are still lost. 

Most Israelite do not know, they are Israelites, and the other nation of the world, who knows who the Israelites are; refuse to let them know, who they are: the chosen of the Most High God; they are all Gods. This secret have been kept for centuries because of the other nation's dislike and in some cases hate for the Israelites. Although it is in those countries best interest; to bring that hidden reality to the Israelites' attention. Their hate or dislike for the Israelites, is so pure, they refuse to share the information with them. I also speak of the Arabs.

I am sure the declaration of the USA and Europe does not shock you, because the so-called Israelis are white and the white nation don't ever support, a none white nation. They will never join forces with a none white nation against one of their own unless, there is a bigger agenda, and there was a bigger agenda In the case, where the British joined forces with Ethiopia to chase Mussolini out of Ethiopia. 

The British reluctantly joined forces with Ethiopia, however, had the British not given the help to Ethiopia, who were a full member of the Leagues Of Nations chaos would have ensued. Because the league of nation had a none aggression policy among members in place. Italy's action against Ethiopia; was a clear violation of that none aggression policy.

Do you remember South Africa, Belgium Acts in the Congo against the Congo's citizens, and the French continued oppressive acts against Haiti and our Haitian brothers and sisters.

The United States already showed their hand and they are sending billions of dollars in weapons and other help to Israel. while the Palestinian are left to fend for themselves. No help from their Arab brother and sister nations. Not even a word of solace and comfort. 

But Hamas and all Palestinians are declared Terrorist, by the USA and Europe and they employ all of their resources against them. In the same way, the white community here in California, have declared me "Persona Non Grata" and have employed all of their resources against me; especially, their law enforcement agencies. which includes every police department in each city, the Sheriff Department, the FBI and the CIA. They even try to use the private security (rent a cops) at different companies against me. 

You may ask why and how you became a: "Persona Non Grata"?  It is all because I refused to become a slave and everything the whiteman tried, to enslave me failed. And each time they try to treat me like a slave; I push back and reject their idiotic behavior to me and against me. this is the MO of the Caucasians.

I must lend my support to my Palestinian brother and sisters, against the Devils in the East. This war is the Palestinian's war to win even though the odds are strongly stock against them. The Palestinians and the other countries in the Arab world; suffer from the same problems. Of course, in order for the Palestinians to win this conflict, they must do the following simple things; and their victory against Israel will be assured.

Before we get into that, why now? Why this level of aggression at this time? Yes you know the white narrative. Hamas Launched a vicious and bloody attack on the Israelis, which resulted in great loss of life, other casualties and abductions of Israelis. But what is the truth?

Bear in mind, Hamas has been operating for two decades, in that region. We must remember; Hamas is not Palestine. Hamas is a Militant/political group in Palestine, like the IRA of Northern Ireland that also have a political wing called Sinn Féin. There are also other militant group in Palestine. 

When all is said and done, we must realize the Israelis aggression against Palestine are tied into a bigger agenda. The group of Arabs who lives in the West Bank and Gaza; the Palestinians are the Purest of the Arab nation.

This is due to their ongoing conflict with the Israelis, the white nations particularly the Devils in the East, were not able to corrupt that group of Arabs with, rape, homosexuality and abortions; making them slaves to the Whiteman.

That is the reason the Israelis have been busy abducting and arresting young Palestinian boys and young men, and lock them up indefinitely, and inflict torturous treatment on them. However, when those young men are released, into their community they speak only; of the hardship that caused them to endure pain and other physical discomfort.  

But what they are not speaking of is the key, to unlocking the doors, to why all this aggression and why at this time? What those young Palestinians youths and young Palestinian men who were abducted are not speaking of is the fact, they are being raped/buggered (fucked in the arses), and they are forced to rape others (fucked others in their arses) also. 

The Devil's in the East are reverting to the failed strategy, used by the king of all Caucasian nation Roam via their embassy: The Roman Catholic Church, World dominance through Rape and buggery. A strategy the other white nations, including the USA have modernized and implemented to secure the Enslavement of the entire African American Community. 

In the USA they incarcerated, the black male by the millions and created an environment where, those male were raped/buggered and this mushroomed like unwanted weed on fertile ground. Destroying most of the black community within a few decades.

However, the devils of the East took a new approach to try and speed up the destruction of the Palestinians via rape and homosexuality. When they release these newly created Palestinians slave, into the Palestinians community, they are going to rake havoc upon their own people. This will work best if the white secret agenda for Palestine is kept a secret. However the secret is out. but will it ever get to the Palestinians?

The Palestinians like all of the country of the Arab suffers from the same problem. However, the first thing, all Arabs including the Palestinians have to come to terms with is: the fact that their war is not against the Israelis, however; their war is against the entire Caucasian nation. For it is the Caucasian's agenda to have full world dominance by the year 2025. All nations, under the sun, will become the slaves of the Whiteman.

Had it been British, the French etc. the atrocity against the Palestinians would have been the same. Don't forget, when Iraq invaded Kuwaiti in 1999 the United States saw it fit to invade Iraq in defense of Kuwait, yet when a white country Russia Invaded Ukraine, they all stand back and they watch rendering only lip service. 

The Palestine as well as the entire Arab Nations, have to stop believing the lies of the Edomites AKA the Caucasians, and come to terms with the hard reality that they are not white. Although they know they are not white they like to flirt with the idea of being white; unfortunately most of the time they take it to "Gad Darm" far. It is no secret, the sons of Abraham (The Arab), rather deal with their white counterparts, than with any black nation.

They are told they are white when it suits the Caucasians but they treat them when it suits their purpose like none whites. Don’t forget the white hostility against Iraq and the way the Murder the Iraqi President Saddam Hussein, don't forget Libya and the way they Killed the Libyan leader Mr. Col. Gaddafi. To accomplish their goals in Iraq and Libya the killed, injured and displaces thousands of Iraqi and Libyan citizens. 

What was interesting, the other Arab nation sat on their hands and they remained quiet while their brothers and neighbors were being killed. Even the Palestinians sat back as Iraq and Libya were taken advantage of. No effort to bring the truth to the world. Now they are in the same position, they wish for help.

The second thing the entire Arab world including Palestine have to do is to accept the scriptures account as to who the Caucasians are devils, treat them like the devils they are and strive to have absolutely nothing to do with them.

The third thing the entire Arab world including Palestine have to do is to let the world know Israel, is not for the Caucasians that call themselves Israelis, that only settle that land some seventy-five years ago in 1948. But Israel is the home of the Israelite the direct descendants of the children of Abraham, Issacs and Jacob. 

The Arabs and the rest of the world, must declare, the direct descendants; of Abraham Isaac and Jacob are:  the victims of and the descendants of the victims of the Trans-Atlantic Slave trade and they must behave like it.

All through the History of the children of Abraham, The Caucasian started with their father Esau (the first Caucasians), were always able to use their demonic power; to influences the mind of Ishmael, Abraham's first Son and the father of the Arab against the father of the Israelite Jacob and the descendants of Jacob.

The question we are now left with is: When will it end? When will the Arabs wake up to the reality that have looked them right in their faces forever.

Ms. Harry was a beautiful, young woman in her mid-thirties or there about. She had seven children and she was pregnant with her eighth child. Ms. Harry had seven natural births, with no complication. In the olden days it was normal for a woman to have eight or ten children. My Grandmother Courtney Jack had fourteen children; which included three sets of twins.

It was in the early nineteen seventies (1970 s). I was seven years old, and my mother had passed away; while Ms Harry was pregnant with her eighth child. There were some pregnancy problems, nothing that adequate rest and a good diet could not deal with. It was expected to be just another normal delivery; as she had done seven times before. The little complications should not affect her ability to have a normal delivery.

The time came when Ms. Harry's pregnancy was at its full term, now it was time to do something she would have done several times. Give birth; but this time to her eighth child. The Midwife who was responsible for delivering Ms. Harry, baby, recognized some signs that alerted her of some complications in what should have been another normal delivery.

Ms. Harry's problems were outside the scope of training and ability of the Midwife to handle. The Midwife exercised due diligence, and summoned the doctor; whose training made him more equipped to deal with any such problems.

Upon arrival, the doctor examined Ms. Harry, he reviewed her vital signs, and he became quite concerned. The problem was critical, Ms. Harry's pre-delivery problems, have grown extremely worst. All through her pregnancy, her body was able to sustain two lives, Ms. Harry's life and the life of her unborn baby.

But now Ms. Harry's body will not be able to deal, with the stresses of child’s birth; not even a C-section (Cesarean section). Ms. Harry’s body will not be able to sustain two lives, and deal with the stresses of the surgical procedure.

The doctor knew, only one person will leave the Maternity ward alive. It was either the mother or the baby. How does he break this terrible news to an expectant mother? That she may be required, to instruct the doctor to kill the baby she borne and carried for nine months. A baby, she never knew but felt kicking and moving around in her womb.

There was only one way to do this and that was to be honest and frank, provide the expectant mother, with all the information you could and give her the ability to make an informed decision. In the doctor's mind, it was a foregone conclusion; a decision any normal thinking parents would make without any problem.

The doctor accompanied by the Midwife went to Ms. Harry's bedside; then he explained to Ms. Harry, the seriousness of her condition. He informed the anxious mother; her body will not be able to make it through; the stress of child’s-birth; neither surgical of natural. The baby has to die so she can live.

When Ms. Harry heard the awful news; her heart sank, sorrow replaced the expectation of new life that filled her eyes. Then a solitary tear slowly rolled from her eye, down upon her cheek. The mother of seven looked up at the doctor with weak eyes, trying extremely hard to fight back the tears, and at the same time battling with the pain in her broken body and her broken heart; a heart broken by the sad news, she just received.

When Ms. Harry received the bad news instantly her mind flashed back to all of her children. She saw the face of her oldest daughter Marcia; she knew Marcia has some challenges, challenges with time, she can help her deal with and overcome. She saw her little daughter Cleara and she knew exactly how to make Cleara laugh, and what was her favorite food.

She saw Blue and she knew she needed to be there, to help him keep all his energy in tack, she knew that Pojoe, was solid, but needed to learn, how to stand up for himself. Ms. Harry saw Trudy’s face and knew that girl has such potential, with a mother's help; there is nothing she could not accomplished.

She saw the face of her son: Joseph; Joe was only three years old; he was always clings to her everywhere she went, Joe needed her the most. Then she saw the vibrance of her youngest son Christopher, he was so young and innocent, how is he going to make it without her. Ms. Harry realized that her children have not yet begun to get to know, who their mother was.

Ms. Harry's mind went back to the birth of her first daughter Marcia. She was just a young insecure little girl; when she became pregnant with Marcia. She did not know what to expect and what the future held for her. But the helpless little baby girl brought such life, such love, hope and purpose to her life. With each child she gave birth to, her capacity to give and receive love grew. Each child brought new meaning, new purpose a brand-new reason for living; each child was a blessing. She loved all of her children; even the baby she has not yet met. Ms. Harry wished for a little girl, but now it did not matter.

It did not take long for Ms. Harry to understand the gravity of the situation. She had seven children all of whom needed her, no one knows her children like she knew them; no one can love her children, like she loves them; and no one will go the extra mile, to ensure their success like she will.

Ms. Harry was asked to carry the heaviest burden; no woman should ever be expected to bear, a burden; no one should ever be called upon to carry. To make a decision; no mother should ever be asked to make. However, this was her reality, a reality she could not run away from; a reality she must face head on, whether she wanted to or not, whether she was ready or not. In Ms. Harry’s mind there was only one decision she could make under such circumstances.

Ms. Harry, still a young woman; with many years of living ahead of her, she did not want to die, she was not ready to die and she was not prepared to die. What was she to do?

Ms. Harry looked up at the doctor with eyes weakened by sorrow and a heart heavy with agony, as she spoke slowly and clearly so there will be no misunderstanding, her simple request. Ms. Harry spoke, with a mournful cadence that reflected, the burden she bore. She said to the doctor: "Doctor, whatever you do, I beg you, please; don't let my baby die, don't let my baby die."

The doctor was shocked; at the reply that came from the delirious mother, maybe she did not understand the gravity of the situation; the doctor thought.

Doc. "Ms. Harry, you will be able to have more children in the future, but not this one.

Ms. Harry searching for words, to communicate the intent of her heart, she wanted her message to be as clearly as she possible could. She looked away from the doctor for a brief moment; she thought for a little while; then reestablished eye contact with the doctor, now with a voice broken by anguish and a heart burdened with grief, the stresses of her mind weaken her body and made speaking difficult.

Ms. Harry spoke with deliberation, she said, "Doctor, whatever you do, I beg you, please; don't let my baby die, don't let my baby die."

Once again, the doctor brought some already considered fact to Ms. Harry's attention, maybe she has not given this situation enough thought. The doctor said Ms. Harry, you have seven young children who needs you. Children who need their mother's care, guidance and love. Children who want to have their mother at their weddings, children who want their mother to play with their children.

Ms. Harry once again reiterated her desire to the doctor, she said; in the politest way a woman in such mental, physical anguish could say it. There was nothing new to her request to the doctor Mr. Harry's request to the doctor was simple, it was clear and it was deliberate. But this time she could not restrain the broken reservoirs, of tears that now flowed freely, tears that discolored her eyes and saturated her cheeks.

Although her tears flowed freely her voice were unbroken. It was important for Ms. Harry’s message to reach the doctor without any confusion or any misunderstanding. For the third time she said "Doctor, whatever you do, I beg you, please; don't let, my baby, die, don't let; my baby; die!" Then Ms. Harry turned her head away from the doctor; as if to punctuate her statement with seriousness.

By this time the doctor knew Ms. Harry had already thought about all of the factors surrounded her decision and was at peace with her choices. The doctor who was lost for words, nod his head to the Midwife, who witnessed the entire scene and was close to tears. Of all his years of practice he never seen anyone with such courage, one who was totally unprepared to, but was willing to face death so her unborn baby could live.

The doctor and the midwife began to work tirelessly to satisfy Ms. Harry's request. It was difficult for the doctor, who knew what was at stake. From that point forward only one kind and gentle voice was heard in the maternity room. That voice was the voice of the Doctor, requesting the midwife help when it was needed. However, the macho-confidence, that normally decorates his voice took its leave.

Although time was of the essence, and the doctor worked with urgency; every action was done with great care and precision. Then the silence of the maternity room was broken with a loud scream. A beautiful little baby girl was born. Instinctively, and without thinking; sensing the seriousness of the situation, the doctor immediately, places the crying baby on its mother's breast. This simple but careful act of humanity, caused the baby and its mother to bound even if it was only for a few seconds.

Ms. Harry heard the lively screams of her newborn baby, felt the warmth of her child's skin and the rapid beats of her little girl's heart. in that brief moment of bounding, Ms. Harry said a little prayer; she said "Lord, my only request of you is; you let each of my children know, I love all of them, and I would have given my life for anyone of them, not just only for my little Deedie." Then Ms. Harry took a deep breath, as she breathed in, her cheeks rose and a little smile erupted upon her face; then she closed her eyes and die.

By this time, the Midwife’s eyes were red from looking into the light, of the doctor’s head lamp. The doctor grind his teeth together; as he carefully removed the gloves from his hands. He threw the bloody gloves onto an unused table in the corner of the room; he slowly walked to the door, stood before the closed door for a brief moment, steered at the door, took two deep breath then he left the room.

Ms. Harry knew something most of us don't or did not know. it is not a mother's responsibility to destroy life but to ensure that life is preserved at all and or any cost.
