My fat is killing me Part 2. By Chief: Strong-Blood
In part one of this topic: ‘My fat is Killing me’ our focus and main point of discussion, dealt with the mechanical complication of obesity. Which examined, how excess body fat, affects our internal body structure, the actual working of our internal orans, the complication and difficulties such poses.
There is no doubt excess body fat,
upon our body creates major problems, and these problems goes further than the
mechanical problems that comes with such.
Although Excess body fat, is a ready source of energy, the consistent accumulation of fat simply means, we are well or over nourish and there is absolutely no need, for the body to resort to the use of the fats, which is piled onto and within our body frame to provide energy. What actually happens each day, new layers of fats are formed compounding the fat problem.
It is only in times of crisis, the body resort to utilizing the body fat, to produce the energy needed, for its general functions. Crisis such as a lack of food (fasting or starvation), and illness.
What is important to know is: body
fats also acts like a large store house, for many of the undigested, hard to
digest and impossible to digest chemicals we ingest. As a result; many of these
unwanted chemicals are regularly hopping in and out of the blood stream and are
circulated throughout the body, before they once again find shelter with the
body fat tissues. They remain within the
system until they are:
·
Eliminated.
·
Metabolized
and utilized.
·
Become
a problem causes Illnesses, suffering and death.
Which happened first take president.
The sad reality is, the devils/the Caucasians who control the production, manufacturing and the distribution of the world’s food supply. The Devils/the Caucasians have poisoned/weaponized; the world’s food supplies: as a part of their evil agenda. While we consume such food in our effort to survive and to stay healthy, they have been slowly poisoning us with the same food. Their objective is not to kill us immediately, but to get us progressive ill, which give them the opportunity to become filthy rich from our illness and suffering, before we eventually die.
Our illnesses also give them greater control over our bodies, especially our bowels and our bladder and the ability to place thoughts in our minds; without our knowledge and consent. Thoughts we often think of and act upon, as if they are our thoughts.
There are a specific class of poison, the devils/the Caucasians used within the manufacturing process, when ingested, allows them to use their demonic powers to get, greater leverage over our body and mind. For the devils/the Caucasians it is all about taking and exercising control over the entire none-white world. It their ultimate aim to enslave the entire none-white world.
It is extremely frightening the Devils/the Caucasians uses
deadly poisons in our food supplies. Deadly poisons like Cyanide. However, the
use of poisons like Cyanide in our fool is done in such minuscule quantity; it
does not pose an immediate threat to life and or cause illness. Believe it
these poisons eventually will get us ill and when they do they goes without a
shade of suspicion.
The questions we must concerned our-self with are:
- Does our body have the capability of metabolize and utilized such poisons?
- Is
the body capable of eliminating such toxins from within?
- If
not, what become of these chemicals?
The body’s fat is a vest store house for all of these un-metabolized, difficult to metabolized or incapable to metabolized toxins. These Toxins are constantly hopping in and out of the blood stream and are being circulated throughout the entire body. As the Months and years passes by; the volume of the different toxins within the body increases, to a level where, the Toxins combined and individually, began to pose a threat to good health. As we eat the food laced with these poisons, the toxin level in the body increases and so does the complications within; Which resulted in poor health.
What is interesting is the body reacts to being poison in the same way it reacts when there is viral infection like the flu. The sign and the Symptoms are in deed the same. High body temperature, high blood pressure, either isolated pains, (headaches belly aches etc.) or generalized pains (pain that affect your whole muscular network). It is almost impossible to tell the difference base and the signs and symptoms between the flu and high toxicity or poisoning.
For the most part, the devils/the Caucasians poisoning goes undiagnosed and or misdiagnosed; and often causes greater suffering and death. There are poisons the Devils/the Caucasians uses in our food, when consume, affects specific organs. Those organs become disease and results in their failure.
The doctors will ask and look for answers to questions like: Why are your kidneys function at below capacity? Why are they inflamed? Why even though we treat your inflamed kidneys and put you on a diet which should help your kidneys get better they are progressively getting worse?
The look for answers to questions that are sitting right below their patients’ noses. The causes of these problems are hidden away in the food they consume on a daily basis. The same food they ingest to help in their recovery from the illness they are being treated for. It is the continual consumption of these foods, that cause the concentration of the toxin within our body. It is the concentration of these toxins, which is responsible for our illnesses. Unfortunately we unknowingly sabotage our recovery and contribute to our poor health.
How many of us take the time to read the ingredient labels of the processed food items we purchased and consumed on a daily basis? Those of us who try to are often turned off by the small print of the labels or the extreme long foreign names not one can pronounce or remember.
Please note, the deadly poisons the Caucasians/the Devils
uses in the manufacturing of food are never listed on the package by their
popular or known name. They are always some scientific or Latin terminology we
don’t know.
Under normal Circumstances our Autonomic Nervous System are
able to marshal, and tap into the never-ending resources of the body to
eliminate these chemicals that poses a problem and a threat to good health.
Unfortunately for most people their Autonomic Nervous system are broken. It is
functioning on a level of confusion. Therefore, Autonomic Nervous System is
unable to effectively deal with such things. Events, under normal
circumstances, would have been an easy task to deal with.

My fat is killing me Part 1. By Chief: Strong-Blood
Although being obese, in no way means, you are in poor health: the Satans and the Devils/the Caucasians delight in obesity and obese people. Before we delve any further into this topic, let us first examined the definition of obesity.
Obesity is defined as: The abnormal or excessive accumulation of body fat, on a person body, which may present a risk to good health. When I say the Satans the devils/the Caucasians delight in the obese person, this is because, obesity is the perfect conveyance, which leads to poor or ill health. The Devils/the Caucasians delight in your poor health; For your poor health gives them greater control over your body and your mind.
The
Satans on the other hand, delights in your poor health because, poor health
means a polluted body. There is something nasty going on within the body of a
person who is in poor health Such as:
a. Viral and Bacterial
infection,
b. Puss filled
Tumors,
c. Ulcers (open
sores),
d. Cancers: an
amalgamated mass, of decaying tissues,
e. Puss filled organs.
All of which inhibits good health. The Satans delight in extremely filthy environment; for such nastiness gives them an ideal place to inhabit.
How does this work?
There
are many levels to this discussion, I am going to examined two levels. Most of
the information you will read here, are fairly unknown to the scientific
community. But they are information, the Scientific community cannot dispute.
First let me make it clear, fat in its self, is not bad. We are required to ingest fats as part of our daily diet; if we ought to become and remain healthy. It is also important to note the human body, needs the accumulation of body fat, which is a vital source of fuel when burnt, the body convert fat into vital and needed energy. Fat also acts as an isolated and protective layer for our internal organs.
The fluffy cushion of fat, observes any sudden and hard blow or blows to our body. The fat observes the force or the pressure; and spread the pressure over several fatty layers before the forces or the pressure reached the organ (s). Every layer of fat act as a transition point for the pressure, which greatly reduces the PSI of the force or the pressure; as it transitions from fatty layer to fatty layer.
The layers of fat, reduces the impact to the organs, to a light impact by the time the force reaches the organ. The layers of fat is an great defensive shield which protects the organs, in situations where it would have otherwise resulted in serious injury to the organs. It is the layers of fat tissues, that shield the internal organs and prevents immediate, real and serious harm to the organs.
Please don’t get carried away. The muscle structure that covers our body, is a far more effective and efficient shock observer, that protects the body’s internal organs, from the pressure, which may be resulted from a hard and sudden blow to the body. However, most people refuse to take the type of actions and make the lifestyle changes that is needed, to develop a body that is lean and healthy; with very little fat. The truth is, fat is the body’s substitute for muscles, and the layers of fat tissues, do an extremely poor job in its substitute role.
Body fat is extremely important. It is a needed commodity within the body and plays a pivotal role, in the health of man and beast. As always, too much of a good thing, is always bad. Body fat is no exception to this rule. When an individual is obese, the fat that covers their organs, as a protective isolation shield, becomes too thick and too heavy. As such, puts more strain and stress, on the organs; while the organ executes its normal bodily functions.
Another thing that happens, fat accumulates in the cavities where the organs are housed, these layers of fat, becomes too thick and too heavy; in some cases, it becomes a strait Jacket. The accumulation of body fat restricts the organs abilities to move: properly expand and contract; thus, reduces the maximum output of the organ (s). This also add to the problems. When this happens, several things occur within the body. The over accumulation of fat:
1. Prevents the
organ (s) from growing too its full size, to adequately take care of its
obligation to the body.
2. It prevents the
organs from fully expanding in its regular function to ensure maximum capacity (intake
and out puts) is reached.
3. The organs are
brought to a habitual place of reduce capacity.
4. It prevents the Organs from getting fully exercised.
I can hear the shouts; “does the internal organs needs to be exercised?” The answer to this question yes, they do. However, we will get into this in a little while.
Compare and contrast.
In
order for me to help you understand, some of the mechanical means, by which
excess body fat, affects the body’s functions; I will have to break this down,
in the simplest possible ways I can.
Let us begin, by compare the heart, of a healthy adult male that is: six feet, four inches tall, two hundred and seventy-five pounds, to the heart of a healthy adult male that is five feet, eleven inches tall, one hundred and ninety pounds.
The bigger man, by the virtue of his height and body mass, has much more miles of veins, arteries and capillaries that forms the network of blood vessels which takes Oxygen, nutrient and other useful matter: From their point of origin, to where they are needed; and on the reverse, take Carbon dioxide, waste and other un-useful things, from where they are not needed, to one of the points of discharge from the body; than the smaller man has.
The heart of the larger man must be big enough and strong enough, to pump blood uninhibitedly, from the abdomen region, laden with Oxygen and nutrients up to the heart, then to the brain and to every living tissue in that large body. The heart, must also be big enough and strong enough, to pump blood, laden with Carbon dioxide and other waste matter, collected from the cells; from the bottom of the feet, up to the heart and them to their point of bodily disposal. Which may be the liver, the kidney, one of the Mucus Membrane or the Sweat Glands on or in our skin.
The shorter man does not need as big a heart as the taller, heaver, man with more body mass. Such will become a problem for him. The chest cavity of the smaller man, may be too small, to accommodate the heart of the larger man. This in itself, creates an extremely serious problem and will lead to illness, discomfort and eventually death. For it is impossible, for an organ that went through its natural process of growth, to become smaller in size.
If that taller and bigger man was obese, although his chest cavity, would have been large enough to accommodate, the same size heart of the healthy taller man, which is ideal for a man their size; to ensure his heart is able to fulfill all of the body’s circulation needs. By the virtue of the excess layers of fat, upon the bigger obese man’s heart and the excess layers of fat, which occupy the chest cavity, of the obese taller and larger man; The reduced volume of space in the bigger taller obese man’s chest cavity, will prevent his heart, from growing to its appropriate size; to adequately take care of his circulation needs.
This accumulation of fat, on the heart and in the chest cavity, also prevent the heart from fully expanding to ensure full volume is attained and therefore, reduces maximum output as it is required to take care of the body circulation needs. Such creates extremely serious problems that affect general health. This applies to each person base on their level of obesity or lack thereof.
The Lungs an Example.
It is the same thing that happens, with the lungs, of an obese person. The protective layer of fat that covers the lungs and the fat that accumulates within the cavity that housed the lungs, become too thick and heavy. Like the heart, the lungs are unable to grow to their full size; for lack of space. The under-develop and encase lungs are unable to expand to their full capacity. This restriction of and in movement of the lungs, reduced the amount of Oxygen the lungs is able to take in, therefore reducing the lungs capacity, to maximized their output and lungs strength.
The Body’s organs are a part of the body, and its growth is to accommodate ideal operation, within its environment and within the context of the organ’s responsibilities. The growth of the organs is control by the Autonomic Nervous System, which analyzes the situation as it relates to the accumulation of body fat, the cavity space available and the ideal size organs needed, for best function under the circumstances. The Autonomic Nervous System will not allow an organ to grow to large for the environment it is required to function in.
If the organ grows too big, for the cavity that holds it, (excess fat mass considered) that organ, become problematic. It will not be able to function properly. Therefore, if there is no room within the Cavity for expansion the organ stops growing. Even if its size of the organ is insufficient, to satisfy the needs of the body; with a mass of the body that size.
The excess fat tissues, in the obese person’s body on the other hand; are like an out of controlled foreign agent; with absolutely no limitation. As long as they exist within the body, they accumulate and crammed in, even where there is no space, available for them to hold. These new fat tissues will find a place to call home within the body; it matters not whether there is space. They do so by packing onto and compressing older layers of fat tissues to fit in; forming new layer of fat, on the surface of the old or older layers of fat tissues.
The new
fat tissues that are generated by our excessive eating, or our eating of the
wrong foods and the wrong times, do not care:
·
How big the organs are.
·
The volume of space available within the cavities for organ
growth.
·
The organ’s ability to function with the limited space within
the various cavities.
Please take note, even if the new accumulation of fat tissues, has to push the organs out of their places, to find it’s place within the body; that is exactly what they are going to do. Creating a situation where the organs are in strait jackets: unable to move, expand, even in its normal functions. The fat tissues do not care about and they are not responsible for: achieving and maintaining good health.
Achieving and maintaining good health is unequivocally the responsibility of no one else but you. If you are obese and you continue to chucks down the calories, the excess calorie, the body was unable to utilized, if they are not eliminated, becomes body fat. Please be warned, fat will find a place to call home, even at the expense of your good health, your comfort and eventually your life.
The minor
complications of the obese person are endless, which range from:
1. Circulation
problems.
2. Breathing
problems.
3. Dizzy spells.
4. Fainting spells.
5. Speech problems.
6. Snoring
problems etc.
If the appropriate actions are not taken, at the appropriate time, these minor problems will only get worst and results in organ and systemic failure and eventually death.
Please note although the body fat is found in the body, it is not a part of the body. It do not belong. As such, the Autonomic Nervous System that controls all internal activities of the body, do not have control of and therefore cannot regulate, the production of, the eradication of fat etc. Your body fat, is like an out of control freight train that could only be stopped by you.
The Organs are not exercised.
This is the time for me, to put to rest your curiosity, about the internal organs being and need exercise. Let us not forget the internal organs are made up of muscles fibers. Although they are not the same structure muscles like the triceps, the biceps the chest muscles etc. like the bicep muscles, etc. the internal organs muscles need to be exercised, in order for them to grow, get strong, and develop stamina.
In the same way, it is not enough for the Triceps, and the other muscles that are responsible: for locomotion and body structure; cannot reach their full potential just by daily, routine and or mundane uses. These muscles need to be exercised on a regimental basis, to achieve such. It is the same with the internal organs. The internal organs need a consistent method of regular exercise; apart of its daily usage, if they are to achieve their full potential.
In the same way the conscious mind; is not responsible for and control the organ and systemic function; the conscious mind is not responsibility, to ensure the internal organs get the exercise they need to grow, and remain healthy. This is the responsibility of the Autonomic Nervous System.
It is
the responsibility of the Autonomic Nervous System to ensure the internal
organs are fully exercised. What is important to know is, our normal body
movements on a daily basis, provides the internal organs with the exercise
needed for developing organ strength, growth and stamina. Regular body
movements such as:
i.
Bending over.
ii.
Twisting
iii.
Reaching out and up
iv.
Leaning to the sides
v.
Stretching back
vi.
Slouching etc.
are sufficient to accomplish this.
In the
same way, some of the smaller muscles, which are responsible for locomotion and
body structure, because of their size, there locations, their angle and shape,
in order to exercise these muscles, we are required to repeat certain motions; which
are perfect for stretching, the larger muscles on the surface. Such motions exercise
these hidden, hard to reach muscles and result in their growth, etc. It is the
same thing with the internal organs.
At
times, when an individual feels some unexplained, minor discomfort such a knot,
a pinch in their back, shoulders, or in any other body-part; for the most part
these minor discomforts; are produced by the Autonomic Nervous System.
Immediately, we know stretching up, trying to rub or massage the area will
bring relief to the discomfort. As a result, we comply with the information
transmitted to us. All of this is done, in order for a particular organ or
organs that needed to be exercise can get the exercise needed.
An individual who is obese, their large accumulation of excess fat, may limits that individual’s body range of motion and movement, therefore limiting that individual’s abilities, to cause his internal organs, to get the regular exercise they need. The persons organs become to compressed and restrained by the excess fat tissues, that his limits their range of motion.
Even when the Autonomic Nervous System, generates more sever discomforts to force the obese person, into the needed activities. Their inability to perform the movement needed; do not cause the problems to go away. The mission was not accomplished, the problem remains and the discomforts, get more severe to the point; where they become a problem and medical help are required.
In this case the doctors, in their ignorance; instead of admitting they don’t know what is the cause of the pains, always make a diagnosis of Stress and they will more than likely prescribe, some medication with minor pain killers to deal with the discomfort you experienced.
The reality is the problem is still there, the minor discomforts and or the minor pains still exist; however, the mild opioid or narcotic in the medication masked the pain preventing you from feeling such. This only cause the problem to get worse.
However, the best practitioner that is suited, for such minor pains and
nagging discomforts, is a Chiropractor. Chiropractors are in the
business, of force
stretching their clients; to relief such discomfort.
Force Stretching, will help the obese person, find major relief from the nagging discomfort, they were experienced. The nagging discomfort goes away not because they were stretch by a chiropractor. However, as soon and the organ in question, are sufficiently exercised, the Autonomic Nervous System stop the discomfort; it generated.
